L'agence INTERACTION intérim, recherche pour son client situé à Saint Benoit, un TECHNICIEN(NNE) PLANNING, ORDONNANCEMENT & APPROVISIONNEMENT.

Sous l'autorité du Responsable Planning / Coordinateur de Production, vous devez établir le planning de production. Assurer les commandes d'emballages et matières premières afin d'éviter les ruptures de stock ou stock excédentaire.

Vos missions :

> PLANNIFICATION / ORDONNANCEMENT
- Suivre l'avancement de la production.
- Effectuer les ajustements / modifications en fonction des impératifs et des aléas.
- Identifier les problèmes d'approvisionnement et effectuer les ajustements nécessaires. (Retard de livraison...)
- En lien avec le service production, établir un planning des besoins réalisables, en fonction des stocks et le mettre à jour en fonction des impératifs de dernière minute.
- Contrôler les rapports de production.
- Lancer les OF et demandes d'approvisionnement.
- Analyser et contrôler les fiches de production.

> APPROVISIONNEMENT
- Saisir les commandes dans le logiciel interne.
- Vérifier l'état des stocks.
- Gérer l'approvisionnement.
- Veiller au respect des échéances de délai.
- Diffuser les commandes au service Achat pour contrôle, accord et signature.

> TACHES ANNEXES
- Classement, archivage.

> GESTION DU PERSONNEL
- Peut être amener à animer une équipe.

Contrat : Interim

Niveau d'étude : BAC+2, DUT,BTS

Expérience : de 6 mois à 2 ans

-Connaître les produits et les procédés de production.
-Connaître les différents types d'articles et leur utilisation en production.
-Connaître les principes de gestion de production.

SAVOIR ETRE
-Polyvalence.
- tre rigoureux et organisé.
-Faire preuve de réactivité.
-Autonomie.
-Communication claire et précise

SAVOIR FAIRE
-Gérer les priorités.
-Appliquer les règles de gestion des stocks.
-Renseigner et extraire les informations du logiciel interne.

-Utiliser les outils bureautiques (Excel, Power Point, Word)
-Utiliser l'ERP SAP.
