Vos missions :
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Bureau d' tudes, vous aurez en charge :
La réalisation des études techniques en CVC (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et plomberie) pour des projets tertiaires, industriels ou résidentiels.
L'établissement des plans et schémas sous AutoCAD / Revit / logiciels métiers (Plancal, Climawin, etc.).
Le dimensionnement des équipements et réseaux (pertes de charge, bilans thermiques, etc.).
La rédaction des notes de calculs et des documents techniques (CCTP, DPGF).
La participation à l'élaboration des dossiers d'exécution (DOE).
La collaboration étroite avec les chargés d'affaires, conducteurs de travaux et équipes chantier.
Contrat : CDI
Niveau d'étude : BAC+2, DUT,BTS
Expérience : de 2 ans à 5 ans
Salaire : de 11.88EUR à 14EUR par HEURE + CET + Mutuelle
Profil recherché :
De formation Bac +2/3 (BTS FED, DUT Génie Thermique et nergie, Licence pro CVC, etc.).
Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum dans un poste similaire en bureau d'études CVC.
Vous maîtrisez les logiciels de CAO/DAO (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) et les outils de calcul thermique.
Bonnes connaissances des normes en vigueur (RT2012, RE2020, etc.).
Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d'équipe et sens de l'organisation sont essentiels à ce poste.
