What you will be doing
- New Business Development: Identify and win global enterprise accounts valued at $30M+ in contract spend, expanding Ricohs market share.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive global account strategies aligned with customer goals.
- C-Suite Engagement: Build relationships with senior executives across IT, Finance, Procurement, and more, positioning Ricoh as a strategic partner.
- Cross-Portfolio Solution Selling: Articulate the value of integrated solutions, driving workplace modernization and operational efficiency.
- Matrix Leadership: Lead virtual, cross-functional teams to execute global account acquisition strategies seamlessly.
- Complex Negotiations: Lead high-value negotiations and structure multi-region agreements for long-term growth.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends, bringing consultative recommendations that inspire action.
- Accountability to Stakeholders: Provide transparent progress updates and strategy refinements to senior leadership.
You will ideally have
- Extensive experience in global account acquisition and consultative sales.
- Proven track record of winning Fortune Global 500 accounts in complex, matrix environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite leaders and senior decision-makers.
- Expertise in leading virtual teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
