ADJOINT ADMINISTRATIF EN UNITE DE SOUTIEN AUX POLES

DESCRIPTIF

MISSIONS ET ACTIVITES DU POSTE Participer aux missions confiées à lUnité de Soutien administrative aux Pôles qui collabore de manière étroite avec les trinômes de pôle (Chef de pôle, Cadre Supérieur de Santé, Cadre administratif) Fonctions secrétariat
  • Organisation de réunions, programmation et logistique
  • Accueil téléphonique (régulation) et physique
  • Saisie et mise en forme de courriers
  • Reproduction et diffusion de documents divers
  • Traitement du courrier (papier et électronique) : tri, diffusion, expédition, classement
  • Gestion des commandes de fournitures
  • Coordination de linformation : diffusion des informations institutionnelles aux pôles.
Gestion des dossiers institutionnels et spécifiques
  • Participation à la gestion des dossiers institutionnels. dossiers dautorisation dactivités de soin ou déquipement lourd dossiers de labellisation
  • Suivi des délais
  • Suivi et organisation des visites de conformité
Formalisation, actualisation et suivi des conventions et partenariats
  • Formalisation des conventions : rédaction, sécurisation juridique et financière
  • Suivi financier des conventions
  • Gestion des échéances
  • Gestion de la base documentaire
  • Relations avec les associations : rencontre des porteurs de projets, construction des partenariats, mise en place organisationnelle, rôle dinterface entre les Pôles et la direction chargée de la gestion du secteur associatif, mise à disposition de badge pour les bénévoles.
