La fonction

En tant que responsable de magasin, vous organisez de façon autonome les activités quotidiennes de votre magasin. Vous vous appuyez pour ce faire sur les instructions fournies par lorganisation. Votre objectif est de générer, avec votre équipe enthousiaste et votre manager régional, un chiffre daffaires maximal. Vos clients jouent un rôle très important à cet égard ! Vous veillez à ce que la présentation dans le magasin soit réactualisée chaque semaine. Bien entendu, vous motivez, coachez et coordonez les membres de votre équipe, résolvez les problèmes et assurez laccueil de vos clients. Vous participez en outre au travail dans le magasin et vous occupez de la réception des marchandises. Vous accomplissez également les tâches administratives (légères) nécessaires.

Votre profil
  • Vous possédez plusieurs années dexpérience professionnelle dans le secteur du commerce de détail et vous disposez, de préférence, dune expérience managériale
  • Vous avez lesprit dinitiative, êtes autonome et motivé(e) à lidée de former votre équipe
  • Vous disposez dun véritable sens du client
  • Vous savez faire preuve de flexibilité
